SHOULDER WARMER: Loosely cast on 180-192-204 sts on circular needle size 4 mm with Cotton Light. Work 2 ridges in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Now work pattern according to diagram A.1 (= 15-16-17 repetitions on round). When A.1 has been worked 1 time vertically, there are 150-160-170 sts on needle. Now work pattern according to diagram A.2 (= 15-16-17 repetitions on round). When A.2 has been worked 1 time vertically, there are 120-128-136 sts on needle. Now work pattern according to diagram A.3. When A.3 has been worked 1-1-2 times vertically in total, P 1 round, K 1 round and P 1 round. Then loosely cast off with K.
