Foot length: 22 - 24 - 27 cm
Materials:
OPTION 1:
50-50-50 g colour no 100, off white
50-50-50 g colour no 804, blue/grey
50-50-50 g colour no 911, fun lilac
OPTION 2:
50-50-50 g colour no 100, off white
50-50-50 g colour no 801, brown/white
50-50-50 g colour no 310, sunset

DOUBLE POINTED NEEDLES SIZE 4 mm - or size needed to get 19 sts x 25 rows in stocking st with 2 threads = 10 x 10 cm.

COLOURS:
OPTION 1:
Cast on and rib: 1 thread off white + 1 thread blue/grey
The sock: 1 thread off white + 1 thread fun lilac
Toe: 1 thread off white + 1 thread blue/grey
OPTION 2:
Cast on and rib: 1 thread off white + 1 thread brown/white
The sock: 1 thread off white + 1 thread sunset
Toe: 1 thread off white + 1 thread brown/white

HEEL DECREASE:
Row 1 (= RS): Work in stocking st until 7-8-8 sts remain, slip next st as if to K, K 1, psso, turn piece.
Row 2 (= WS): Work in stocking st until 7-8-8 sts remain, slip next st as if to P, P 1, psso, turn piece.
Row 3: Work in stocking st until 6-7-7 sts remain, slip next st as if to K, K 1, psso, turn piece.
Row 4: Work in stocking st until 6-7-7 sts remain, slip next st as if to P, P 1, psso, turn piece.
Continue dec like this with 1 st less before every dec until there are 10-12-12 sts on needle.

SOCK:
Worked in the round on double pointed needles.
Cast on 44-48-52 sts on double pointed needles size 4 mm with 2 threads Fabel - see explanation on COLOUR. K 1 round, then work rib as follows: * P 2, K 2 *, repeat from *-* the entire round. When rib measures 5-5-6 cm, change colour - see explanation above. Continue rib over the first 22-26-26 sts on needle (i.e. beg and end with P 2), work the other sts in stocking st. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When piece measures 12-13-15 cm, keep the first 22-26-26 sts on needle for heel. Slip the other 22-22-26 sts on a stitch holder = mid on top of foot.
Then work rib back and forth over heel sts for 5-5½-6 cm. Insert 1 marker here, now measure piece from here! Work in HEEL DEC - see explanation above. After heel dec, knit up 10-11-12 sts along each side of heel and slip the 22-22-26 sts mid on top of foot back on needle = 52-56-62 sts. Insert 1 marker on each side of the 22-22-26 sts on top of foot. Continue in stocking st over all sts while AT THE SAME TIME dec in each side as follows: K the last 2 sts before the 22-22-26 sts on top of foot twisted tog (i.e. work in back loop instead of front) and K the first 2 sts after the 22-22-26 sts on top of foot tog. Repeat dec every other round 7 more times = 36-40-46 sts. Continue to work until piece measures 17-18-21 cm from marker on heel. Change colour - see explanation above, and continue in stocking st. When piece measures 18-19-22 cm (approx. 4-5-5 cm remain), insert 1 marker in each side so that there are 18-20-23 sts both on top of foot and under foot. Then dec for toes on each side of both markers. Dec as follows when 3 sts remain before marker: K 2 tog, K 2 (marker is between these sts), K 2 twisted tog. Repeat dec in each side on every other round 3-2-3 more times and then on every round a total of 2-4-4 times = 12-12-14 sts remain on needle. On next round K all sts tog 2 by 2. Cut the threads and pull them through the remaining sts, tighten tog and fasten.
