Sizes:
32/34 - 35/37 - 38/40 - 41/43 - 44/46
Foot length: 20 - 22 - 24 - 27- 30 cm
Leg length: 10 - 12 - 14 - 16 - 18 cm

Materials:100-150-150-150-200 g colour no 22, army.

DOUBLE POINTED NEEDLES SIZE 8 mm - or size needed to get 11 sts x 15 rows in stocking st on 10 x 10 cm.

HEEL DECREASES: (in stocking stitch):
row 1 (= RS): Work stocking st until 4-4-4-5-5 sts remain, K2 twisted tog (i.e. knit tog in back loops instead of in front), turn piece.
row 2 (= WS): Work stocking st until 4-4-4-5-5 sts remain, P2 tog, turn piece.
row 3: Work stocking st until 3-3-3-4-4 sts remain, K2 twisted tog, turn piece.
row 4: Work stocking st until 3-3-3-4-4 sts remain, P2 tog, turn piece.
Continue dec like this with 1 less st before each dec until there are 4-6-6-6-6 sts on needle.

SOCK:
Worked in the round on double pointed needles.
Cast on 22-24-26-28-28 sts on double pointed needles size 8 mm with Eskimo. Place a marker in the beg of round.
K1 round, continue in rib K1 / P1 for 4 cm. Now K1 round AT THE SAME TIME as dec 2 sts evenly distributed = 20-22-24-26-26 sts. Continue in stocking stitch.
REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION!
When piece measures 10-12-14-16-18 cm keep the first 10-12-12-14-14 sts on needle for heel and put the last 10-10-12-12-12 sts on a stitch holder (= upper foot). Work stocking stitch back and forth on heel sts for 5-5-6-7-7 cm. Place a marker, and now work HEEL – see explanation above! After heel dec pick up 6-6-7-8-8 sts each side of heel and slip the 10-10-12-12-12 sts from upper foot back on needle = 26-28-32-34-34 sts. Continue in stocking st in the round - AT THE SAME TIME dec each side as follows: P tog the 2 last sts before and the 2 first sts after the 10-10-12-12-12 sts on upper foot. Repeat the dec on every other round a total of 3-4-4-3-3 times = 20-20-24-28-28 sts. When piece measures 17-19-20-23-26 cm from marker on heel (= approx 3-3-4-4-4 cm remain) place a marker each side, so that there are 10-10-12-14-14 sts both on upper and under foot. Now dec for toes on each side of both markers like this – start 3 sts before marker: K2 tog, K2 (marker sits between these), K2 twisted tog (i.e. K in back loops instead of in front). Repeat the dec on every other round a total of 3 times and then on every round 0-0-1-2-2 times = 8 sts remains on needle. Cut the thread and pull through remaining sts, tighten and fasten.
