LARGE CLOTH:
Measurements: approx. 25 cm x 25 cm
Materials:
100 g colour no 16, white
100 g colour no 17, off white
100 g colour no 21, light mint green
100 g colour no 23, light grey
100 g colour no 29, light ice blue
100 g colour no 32, light blue purple

STRAIGHT NEEDLES SIZE 4 mm - or size needed to get 19 sts x 25 rows in diagram A.1B = 10 x 10 cm.

SMALL CLOTH:
Measurements: approx. 21 cm x 21 cm
Materials:
50 g colour no 16, white
50 g colour no 17, off white
50 g colour no 21, light mint green
50 g colour no 23, light grey
50 g colour no 29, light ice blue
50 g colour no 32, light blue purple

STRAIGHT NEEDLES SIZE 4 mm - or size needed to get 19 sts x 25 rows in diagram A.1B = 10 x 10 cm.

GARTER ST (back and forth on needle):
K all rows. 1 ridge = 2 rows K.

LARGE CLOTH:
Cast on 47 sts on needle size 4 mm with Paris. Work 2 ridges in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Then work as follows: 3 sts in garter st, A.1A (= 4 sts) – see explanation on DIAGRAM above, A.1B over the next 32 sts, A.1C (= 5 sts), finish with 3 sts in garter st. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When piece measures approx. 24 cm vertically, adjust after a whole or half diagram vertically. Work 2 ridges over all sts. Cast off.

SMALL CLOTH:
Cast on 39 sts on needle size 4 mm with Paris. Work 2 ridges in GARTER ST - see explanation above. Then work as follows: 3 sts in garter st, A.1A (= 4 sts) – see explanation on DIAGRAM above, A.1B over the next 24 sts, A.1C (= 5 sts), finish with 3 sts in garter st. REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION! When piece measures approx. 20 cm vertically, adjust after one whole or half diagram vertically, work 2 ridges over all sts. Cast off.
