Size: 0/3 - 6/9 - 12/18 months (2 - 3/4) years
Size in cm: 50/56-62/68-74/80 (86/92-96/104)

Materials:50-50-50 (50-100) g colour no 912, soft chocolate

POINTED NEEDLES size 3.5 mm – or size needed to get 23 sts x 44 rows in garter st = 10 x 10 cm.

GARTER ST (back and forth on needle): K all rows.

KNITTING TIP:
When working shortened rows and turning mid row, slip first st as if to K, tighten thread and work return row.

NECK WARMER:
Worked back and forth on needle from mid front to mid front.
Cast on 28-32-38 (42-46) sts on needle size 3.5 mm with Fabel. Work the first 2 sts on row (= top of neck) in 2 threads throughout. Work garter st – SEE ABOVE – AT THE SAME TIME work shortened rows as follows: * Work 15-17-19 (21-21) sts, turn piece – SEE KNITTING TIP – and work return row, work 19-21-25 (27-29) sts, turn piece and work return row, work 2 rows on all sts * repeat from *-*until piece measures approx 20-22-24 (26-28) cm at the top (piece measures approx 60-66-72 (78-84) cm at the bottom).
REMEMBER THE KNITTING TENSION!
Cast off. Sew piece tog mid front, edge to edge, leaving the top 6-7-8 (9-10) cm for split.
